It's official! We are a family of five!

That's right.  There are now five Knights stationed here in Washington!  Meghan Jeanne was born last Wednesday!  Her birthday is June 23rd.  She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces.   She was just a shy under 20 inches tall.   She is taller than her brothers were at that age!!

She is a great addition to our family.  She is very easy going.  I guess you need to be when you are 3rd in line.  Her brothers love her and are always asking to hold her!  God has blessed our family in many ways.  She is one of the bigger blessings!

Brandon's parents are here now.  Which is a big help.  I am excited for my parents and the rest of our families to meet her!!

Maple Valley Day Parade and a baby shower

The weather was perfect over the weekend.  It was Maple Valley Days here.  There was a carnival, parade and lots of other fun activities.  We walked with our church in the parade.   It wasn't that tough of a walk.  It was just a lot of standing and stopping.  The boys loved it.  Although, Seamus never walked.  He just let Brandon pull him in the wagon the whole time.  Owen walked almost the entire time.  At the end, he finally did climb in the wagon.

We didn't spend much time at the fair.  I think after the parade we were pretty much done for the day.  We all needed lunch and a nap.  We headed home to accomplish those things!  It was a great family day!

Later that day, I got to head to the Cheesecake Factory sans kids.  Some of my girlfriends threw me a baby shower.  They were overly generous.  I feel very blessed to know such wonderful people.

T-Ball and other adventures!

T-Ball season has come and gone!  I honestly think Owen really liked it.  I can see other seasons in his future.  He is still getting the hang of things.  But he usually spent every game with a big grin on his face.  Which put a big grin on my face.  He even got a trophy!  This is now his favorite thing to show everyone.  I really think Seamus is itching to play.  Next year, next year!

I am finally done with my Activities position with MOMS club.  I had the responsibility of planning every monthly calendar.  After two years,  it was time to pass the torch.  I have a feeling that my next year is going to be busy.

The big day is coming up!  Time for the Knight family to become a family of five.  My C-section has been scheduled for the morning of June 23rd.  Prayers are welcomed and appreciated.  I feel like we have so much yet to do!  Somehow all the loose end will be tied up!

As if the Knight plate wasn't full enough, God to put something else on it.  Last Tuesday, Brandon went into the doctors to follow up on some reoccurring stomach issues.  The doctors decided that his gall bladder had to come out and two days later it did.  Poor guy.  He is recovering well, but I can tell he is in some pain.  He is such a good husband though.  I know he wants to help out more around the house but just can't.  I personally think he is helping out too much.  Right now, we have 2 slow people running after 2 very fast people.  But we are getting by.  Hopefully Brandon will feel a lot better now.
